Casey McConnell is the Owner and Chief Managing Member of NeuGreen, LLC.  She is a LEED Accredited Professional (since 2001), BD&C (since 2009) with experience on dozens of green and LEED Registered projects throughout the state of Florida.  Her experience includes numerous LEED Certified projects including Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum certification levels.  Casey has participated in green/LEED projects both as construction project management for large CM/GC firms, and as a project consultant with two green consulting firms prior to creating NeuGreen, LLC in 2007. Out of the office, Casey is frequently asked to speak to a variety of organizations about the green building industry, the LEED system, and the contractor POV of green (see below).  She has been a Presenter, panel member, and/or exhibitor at each of the last six GreenBuild International Conferences.  At GreenBuild 2006, she was an invited speaker with the United Nations Environmental Programme. 

Casey is also Past Vice President, Founding Member, and Chapter Mentor of the USGBC North Florida Chapter and one of the original participants in the JEA (Jacksonville Electric Authority) Green Homes Initiative. She is more recently a founding Steering Committee Member, and past-Secretary of the Southwest Florida Branch of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the USGBC.
